The user of visitisland.com are subject to the terms and conditions and our management reserves the right to change any information from time to time without prior notice to you

1.Payment

Package payment can be made either in cash,"Cash Deposit", "Fund Transfer", check and credit card account to our management. The management is not responsible for any payment by credit card will incur a surcharge of 4.0 + RM5.00(depends on change by PAYPAL). After making a payment, you must fax or emailthe proof of payment to our management as proof of payment. If fail, the management will considers that payment has not been made.

2.Booking Cancellation

i) Participant shall apply in writing to the cancellation in order to avoid misunderstandings. If the visitisland.com accept the cancellation 30 day prior to departure, a fee of RM30.00 per person will be charged. this fee does not include the cost of which involves the payment of airline tickets, hotels, visas and foreign operations or state that must be certified by booker

ii) Cancellations made less than 30 days from the date of departure, the fee per participant is as follows (subject to the discretion of the management, hotel/ resort and service providers if applicable) :

i. more than 30 days ---- RM50.00

ii. 30 days before departure date ---- 60% from package price

iii. 2 weeks before departure date ---- 80% from package price

iv. 1 week from the day of departure ---- 100% from package price

iii) Policy cancellations by airlines involving Promotional Fares not included in the table. Tickets are subject to the term of the airline tickets which may involve non-endorsable, non-reissuable, non-refundable and non-reroutable. Any amendment involving payment of tickets must be certified by the participants.

3.Package Price

Package price is subject to any amendment by resort/operator package. Package price does not include any personal expenses, laundry, tax, additional meals, additional beach activities and things not mentioned in the package.

4.Unused Services

visitisland.com management will not refund any fees if there is a package of services that are not used by you during your vacation such aas snorkelling, diving, food, hotel, car rental, tours and entrance areas etc.

5.travel insurance

Package offered by the visitisland.com is not including any form of insurance and the visitisland.com not responsible for any defects, accidents, deaths during your vacation. However, we advise taking travel insurance to ensure your holiday is memorable moments in your life.
